Finance Industrial Controller – Supply Chain

About the role

Burberry Tecnica is seeking a Finance Industrial Controller to support the Outerwear division. The role is pivotal in strengthening cost control, margin visibility and financial discipline across industrial and supply‑chain operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver industrial controlling and performance analysis with a focus on cost, margin and operational drivers.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial results, including variance analysis versus budget and forecast.
• Support month‑end closing activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Product teams to provide financial insight for sourcing and production decisions.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and seasonal planning through robust costing and margin analysis.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, including standardisation, automation and development of reporting and BI tools.

Required profile

• Experience in finance controlling, industrial finance or a related analytical role with exposure to cost and margin dynamics.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to communicate complex data clearly.
• Collaborative mindset comfortable working with finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented, structured approach combined with commercial awareness.
• Curiosity and openness to improving processes, tools and ways of working.
