Finance Manager

About the role

Kaspersky is looking for a Finance Manager to lead its accounting, tax, payroll and financial planning activities in Italy. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with Italian regulations and support the business with insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, treasury and monthly/annual closings.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and manage corporate books in line with governance requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Manage all tax compliance activities, including corporate income tax, VAT, Intrastat, withholding tax and transfer pricing documentation.
• Approve monthly payroll and liaise with the payroll provider.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Maintain bank relationships, monitor cash flow and supervise collections.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors and payroll providers, and review contracts from a financial perspective.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Italian tax law, corporate regulations and Italian GAAP.
• Experience with audits, tax compliance and transfer pricing.
