Finance Project Manager Officer

About the role

Stellantis is launching a Finance Transformation programme that will unify finance processes, organisation, IT and legal entities across Europe. The Finance Project Manager Officer will act as the local liaison for each European legal entity, ensuring the successful rollout of the Central Finance solution and the Global Data Model.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact between the Central Finance project team and the local finance organisation.
• Coordinate local activities such as data collection, process mapping, testing and cut‑over for the Central Finance deployment.
• Validate and migrate financial master data, including Chart of Accounts, cost centres, profit centres and reporting structures.
• Identify gaps between local practices and the Global Core Model, propose remediation and ensure compliance.
• After go‑live, become a Central Finance expert, support day‑to‑day operations and participate in governance and maintenance of the new model.

Required profile

• Motivated, structured and able to work across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in finance transformation projects or similar large‑scale change initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for data validation and migration.
• Ability to communicate clearly in both English and the local language.
