Financial Analyst – G&A

About the role

The G&A Analyst (General & Administrative Analyst) supports the organization by monitoring, analysing and optimising general and administrative expenses. Working closely with finance and operations teams, the analyst provides data‑driven insights that help drive cost‑efficiency and strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse G&A expenses, including administration, office costs, HR, IT and other operational costs.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual expense reports and presentations for senior management.
• Collaborate with finance and operations on budget preparation, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Identify deviations from plan and recommend corrective actions.
• Optimise administrative processes and internal procedures to improve efficiency.
• Track key performance indicators and produce analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Assist with vendor management and administration‑related contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Participate in special projects within the G&A function.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in monitoring and reporting G&A expenses.
• Proven ability to prepare detailed financial reports and presentations.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional finance and operations teams.
• Capability to identify variances, propose corrective actions and support budgeting processes.
• Understanding of compliance requirements and vendor contract administration.
