Financial Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support group‑level controlling, reporting and automation across our Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting business. The role will be based in Italy (permanent) or Germany (initial two‑year fixed‑term) and will work closely with finance and IT teams to deliver accurate financial results and digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual group financial results, ensuring compliance with group accounting policies.
• Analyse performance, variances and key financial indicators, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Drive automation of reporting and controlling processes using Power BI, RPA, Python and ERP automation modules.
• Develop dashboards and automated workflows to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort.
• Support group‑wide budgeting and forecasting cycles, aligning local plans with group objectives.
• Act as a technical advisor to divisional controlling teams, delivering financial insights for strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in controlling.
• Proven experience in automation and digital finance transformation.

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
