Financial & Business Controller

About the role

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Financial & Business Controller will support financial planning, controlling, and reporting activities for a leading cosmetics company. The role combines rigorous financial analysis with cross‑functional collaboration to improve performance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and annual closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare and enhance management reporting, profitability analyses, and KPI dashboards.
• Conduct variance and ad‑hoc financial analyses, delivering actionable recommendations.
• Support investment evaluation, cost‑optimization initiatives, and CAPEX monitoring.
• Develop reporting tools and dashboards in partnership with headquarters, including AI‑related solutions.
• Participate in process improvement and system development projects.
• Partner with internal departments such as Sales on budgeting, forecasting, and customer profitability analysis.

Required profile

• 5+ years of controlling experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of financial and business processes.
• Structured, reliable, autonomous work style and ability to manage priorities under deadlines.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with strong team spirit.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including visits to headquarters.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range €45,000‑€55,000 per year.
