Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Controller to own the financial performance mechanisms across our portfolio of digital businesses. You will turn budgets, actuals and forecasts into clear insights, helping the company scale with rigor while integrating AI‑assisted analysis into the process.

Key responsibilities

• Own reliable financial controlling and reporting across entities, products and markets.
• Analyze deviations from budget, forecast and prior performance, uncover drivers and support teams with actionable insights.
• Track performance against budgets and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities early, and maintain strong financial discipline.
• Define and refine key performance metrics, building a data‑driven performance management approach.
• Design and strengthen financial processes and internal controls, emphasizing automation, scalability and workflow simplification.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability and first‑principles problem solving.
• Capacity to move from “what happened?” to “why it happened and what to do next”.
• Comfort with fast‑paced finance environments involving acquisitions, restructuring and multi‑jurisdictional consolidation.
• Bias toward eliminating bias, structured thinking and clear idea organization.
