Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Financial Controller to join the Finance Team at the headquarters of a leading multinational manufacturing group in Bolzano. The role is positioned as a junior financial controller, providing key support for profitability monitoring and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor business profitability by market and product.
• Participate in month‑end closing, business plan, budget and forecast processes, analysing commercial figures.
• Prepare and analyse project figures to ensure alignment with targets.
• Track KPIs related to project execution and assess their impact.
• Support the preparation of business plans for new tenders, from data collection to report package creation for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering.
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in auditing or accounting.
• Ability to work in an international team and participate in a structured training programme.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
