Financial & Planning Analysis Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Finance Business Partner for the EMEA region will provide strategic financial insight and decision support to drive sustainable growth and profitability across Versace’s diverse business units.

Key responsibilities

• Act as trusted Finance Business Partner to the EMEA leadership team, delivering financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead the regional financial planning process, including annual budgets, rolling forecasts and mid‑term business plans.
• Manage monthly and quarterly financial closing, producing performance reviews, variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with commercial, retail and functional leaders to identify opportunities, assess risks and support growth initiatives.
• Develop, monitor and enhance KPIs such as channel P&L, retail profitability and network performance.
• Support strategic decisions through scenario modelling, business case development and investment analysis.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, business reviews and dashboards for regional and corporate management.
• Coordinate financial reporting for the EMEA region, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting processes and performance‑management tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in FP&A, business controlling or consulting.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with business intelligence tools.
• Experience using SAP (or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
