Financial Reporting Specialist

About the role

Reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager, the Financial Reporting Specialist will support the preparation of Prada S.p.A.’s financial reporting and work closely with the Record‑to‑Report (R2R) team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with the R2R and Statutory Planning teams.
• Analyze and report on the accounting impact of purchase orders for accrual recognition.
• Analyze and report on the accounting impact of purchase orders for fixed‑asset capitalization and CAPEX analysis.
• Assess collectability and settlement profiles of trade receivables and payables.
• Analyze financial‑statement comparability and identify variance drivers.
• Support statutory and financial audit activities.
• Conduct in‑depth analyses of complex accounting matters and oversee implementation.
• Participate in special head‑quarter finance and accounting projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably in finance within the fashion or luxury industry or in an audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
