Financial Systems Business Partner

About the role

The Exploration Company is seeking a Financial Systems Business Partner to own and evolve its financial system automation and master‑data governance. Working at the crossroads of Finance, Engineering and Enterprise Systems, you will translate control requirements into scalable Odoo‑based solutions that support a fast‑growing, multi‑entity aerospace manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance counterpart for Odoo and related financial tools.
• Maintain and govern finance‑related master data, ensuring consistency, quality and traceability.
• Design, improve and automate financial workflows across Treasury, FP&A, Accounting and Controlling.
• Identify fragile manual processes and drive standardisation and automation.
• Support integrations, system upgrades and digitalisation initiatives within the finance domain.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (Odoo strongly desirable).
• Proven background in financial systems, controlling or finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of multi‑disciplinary financial workflows.
• Excellent analytical abilities and comfort with complex, evolving data sets.
• Critical thinker with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Odoo (or comparable ERP platform)
• SQL and data modelling
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Metabase, Tableau or similar)
• Proficiency in at least one general‑purpose programming language
