Food & Beverage Operations Manager

About the role

As the Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Aethos Monterosa, you will lead the F&B team on the floor, setting standards for service excellence across restaurants, bars, and event spaces. Your hands‑on presence will ensure flawless guest experiences and uphold the resort’s luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Be a visible, hands‑on leader, actively supporting staff during service.
• Lead, mentor and develop a motivated F&B team across all outlets.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front‑of‑house and events teams for seamless coordination.
• Drive sales, monitor performance and implement revenue‑maximising strategies.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, inventory and cost control.
• Maintain and elevate standards that reflect the hotel’s brand, quality and identity.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in an operational leadership role within a complex hotel environment.
• Passion for hospitality, food & beverage and delivering top‑level guest experiences.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Refined eye for detail, service style and presentation.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Knowledge of property management systems and F&B operations.
