Freelance Graphic Designer for Luxury Brand

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to create digital assets for a luxury dining, hospitality and entertainment brand based in Milan. Reporting to the Marketing Director / Chief Communication Officer, you will work independently to produce designs that align with our brand identity across social media, website, email and printed materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design promotional assets for all channels, including social stories, email templates, site banners, paid media style guides and printed invitations.
• Develop creative briefs for videographers and photographers and oversee content production.
• Perform video editing, photo retouching and other post‑production tasks.
• Create and maintain design templates for seasonal campaigns, landing pages and internal collateral.
• Ensure brand consistency, quality and adherence to deadlines across all media.
• Collaborate with other designers to explore new visual approaches and provide best‑practice recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of design experience in the luxury, lifestyle or hospitality sector.
• Strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects within budget and timeline constraints.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the latest Adobe Creative Suite.
• Expertise in Sketch and Photoshop.
• Experience with motion‑graphics or animation software (a plus).
• Familiarity with AI tools for image and video creation (a plus).
