French Business Development Representative (English fluent)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Business Development Representative who is also fluent in English. In this outbound B2B role you will contact senior decision‑makers at large enterprises, understand their needs and create qualified sales opportunities for our Fortune 500 clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales opportunities through campaign‑driven outbound calling and meet set KPIs.
• Identify, nurture and qualify leads until they are ready for hand‑over to client sales or channel partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client sales teams and senior prospects.
• Research prospect companies, gather intelligence and keep detailed records in the CRM.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline and provide insight on campaign performance and data quality.

Required profile

• Native French speaker.
• At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, help‑desk or inside sales (B2B experience a plus).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of technology or business‑application industries.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C2 level) and ability to summarise conversations accurately.
• Confident, polite, business‑savvy and comfortable engaging high‑level decision‑makers.
