About the role

Join CBRC as the welcoming face of the club, creating a friendly and professional experience for members and guests. In this fast‑paced, people‑first environment you will manage front‑desk interactions, support daily operations, and help members feel connected and cared for.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Answer multi‑line phones, respond promptly to member inquiries, and direct calls as needed.
• Schedule tennis courts, massage appointments, and club spaces.
• Process check‑ins, point‑of‑sale transactions, and basic audits accurately.
• Share information on club programs, services, and upcoming events.
• Support program registrations and promote club offerings.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming front‑desk environment.
• Assist with emergency procedures under the Manager on Duty.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Positive, team‑first attitude with strong customer‑service focus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting.
• Excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
