Front Desk Receptionist – Boutique Hotel

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Villa Costanza Boutique Hotel, a stylish boutique property in Forte dei Marmi. Working full‑time on‑site, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for both leisure and business travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle reservations, inquiries and complaints in person, by phone and via email.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities and local attractions.
• Maintain a professional and courteous lobby environment.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in front‑desk or hospitality roles.
• Solid clerical abilities, including data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliability, attention to detail and problem‑solving aptitude.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Fluency in Italian and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Familiarity with hotel reservation or property management systems.
