About the role

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join Dôme’s café network across Western Australia. In this role you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and smooth service throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist guests, taking orders and answering queries.
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to Dôme standards.
Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly.
Clear, reset and clean tables and work areas.
Maintain cleanliness of the café and adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Strong attention to detail.
Team‑player attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Flexibility to work Monday‑Sunday between 5:30 am and 9:30 pm.
