Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

Casavo is rebuilding its technology foundation to support AI‑driven real‑estate workflows. As a Frontend Software Engineer you will create the interfaces that hundreds of agents across Italy and France use daily, working on production code from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship UI components and pages for the agent‑facing platform using React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Develop features in a Next.js + BFF (Backend‑for‑Frontend) architecture, orchestrating calls to downstream services.
• Integrate REST APIs and GraphQL endpoints, handling async data fetching, loading states and errors.
• Translate design specifications into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code with a focus on readability and reuse.
• Create automated tests and participate in code‑review, design‑review and team rituals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript (projects, personal work or first job).
• Basic understanding of browser fundamentals and async patterns.
• Comfortable consuming REST APIs and paying attention to UI details.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a fast‑moving product environment.
