Frontend Software Engineer

About the role

Casavo is rebuilding its technology foundation to support AI‑driven real‑estate workflows. As a Frontend Software Engineer you will create fast, reliable, and modular user interfaces that real‑estate agents use daily across Italy and France.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship UI components and pages in a Next.js + React + TypeScript codebase.
• Implement BFF (Backend‑for‑Frontend) API routes in Next.js to orchestrate communication with downstream services.
• Consume REST and GraphQL APIs, handling async data fetching, loading states, and error cases.
• Translate design specifications into responsive, accessible interfaces with attention to edge cases.
• Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code and automated tests as part of the development workflow.
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and team rituals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript through projects or early‑career roles.
• Basic understanding of browser fundamentals and async patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and good written/spoken English.
