Full-Stack Java & React Developer – Relocation to Spain

About the role

We are looking for a talented Full‑Stack Developer to join Talan’s technology team in Spain. The role focuses on building scalable web applications using Java on the backend and React on the frontend, while contributing to cloud‑native architectures and modern DevOps practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain full‑stack applications with Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Create responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Deploy, monitor and optimise applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues and ensure security.
• Document technical decisions and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Full‑Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong backend development skills with Java, preferably Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend experience with React.js.
• Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server or MySQL).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD.
