Full-Time Dishwasher – Hospitality Team

About the role

Join the back‑of‑house team at Renaissance Shoals Resort & Spa as a full‑time Dishwasher. You will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring guests enjoy spotless dishware and a clean cooking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and hand‑wash cookware, ensuring all items are cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and promptly cleaning spills and surfaces.
• Clean and care for kitchen equipment such as ovens, hoods, and drains according to schedule or management direction.
• Transfer supplies between storage and work areas, restocking soap and paper towels as needed.
• Assist with silverware polishing, trash removal, and other back‑of‑house duties.

Required profile

• Dependable, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding tasks and stand for long periods.
• Team player who supports colleagues and follows safety and hygiene standards.
