Full-time Store Manager (40 h)

About the role

As a Store Manager you will own the overall performance of the Under Armour store in Fidenza. You will lead a team, drive sales, ensure an exceptional customer experience and uphold the brand’s standards across merchandising, operations and people management.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Analyze daily sales trends and reporting to make real‑time business decisions.
• Drive performance through customer service, human resources, inventory control and store appearance.
• Build loyalty using in‑store experience, data capture, endless aisle and omni‑channel solutions.
• Direct merchandise handling: receipt, processing, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Oversee daily operational procedures and ensure audit compliance and loss‑prevention standards.
• Manage payroll, scheduling and productivity to meet payroll and sales goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting rooms.
• Lead and motivate the team using Under Armour core competencies and performance‑management tools.
• Communicate business strategy to the management team and pursue personal development opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain high‑performing teammates; manage seasonal hiring and turnover.

Required profile

• Fluency in the local language and basic verbal/written English.
• Ability to interpret analytics and metrics.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Advanced interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability using logical reasoning.
