Full‑time Client Advisor – Luxury Accessories

About the role

We are looking for a passionate full‑time Client Advisor to join the newly opened Etro Accessories Corner at Rinascente in Milan. The successful candidate will deliver a high‑quality, personalized service that reflects Etro’s heritage and luxury positioning, while helping to build lasting relationships with our clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an outstanding customer experience, anticipating and exceeding client expectations.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Etro’s history, values and accessories collections.
• Guide shoppers through the Etro selling ceremony, offering styling advice and trend insights.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships using proactive client‑eling and CRM tools.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and support business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the launch and growth of the new Accessories Corner with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Maintain product presentation according to Etro visual‑merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory operations.
• Collaborate with colleagues and the Rinascente team to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with Etro grooming standards, policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Strong passion for fashion, luxury and customer service.
• Previous experience in a similar role within luxury fashion, accessories, leather goods or premium retail.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Excellent commercial awareness and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Strong client‑eling skills and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Adaptable communication and selling techniques tailored to diverse customers.
