G&A Controller

About the role

We are seeking a motivated G&A Controller to join the Finance G&A Team at the headquarters of a leading multinational manufacturing group in Bolzano. You will play a key role in monitoring, controlling, and reporting general and administrative expenses, supporting strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control G&A expenses to ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines.
• Participate in month‑end closing, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting with a focus on G&A costs.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports on G&A expenses, delivering insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support internal departments with financial analysis related to G&A spending.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast G&A costs and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Previous experience in a multinational environment or as an auditor.
• Good knowledge of IFRS.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP.
• Oracle proficiency (plus).
