GenAI Developer

About the role

NTT DATA is looking for an experienced GenAI Developer to design, build, and scale cloud‑native, generative‑AI solutions. You will work in an agile environment, creating intelligent workflows that extract and process documents while ensuring security and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI‑driven document extraction and processing pipelines.
• Integrate AI models into enterprise applications via secure APIs.
• Scale AI capabilities across large datasets and multiple use cases.
• Maintain alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with data, platform, and application teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Validate model performance, track metrics, and embed QA practices throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Continuously improve AI models and explore emerging generative‑AI technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of professional experience with AI/ML workflows and document‑intelligence solutions.
• Proven ability to work in Agile/DevOps teams and deliver production‑grade AI services.

Required skills

• Strong programming in Python.
• Experience with APIs and data‑processing frameworks.
• Linux and scripting expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with public cloud platforms and cloud‑based AI services.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model validation, performance monitoring, and governance.
• Ability to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
