Global Cybersecurity Specialist

About the role

Amplifon is modernising its technology stack and strengthening its security posture. The Global Cybersecurity Specialist will join the Global IT – Cyber Security team to protect customer data and critical services across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute penetration tests and security assessments on web, mobile, internal systems and internet‑facing infrastructure.
• Produce risk‑based reports, drive remediation with owners, and re‑test to confirm fixes.
• Support red‑team‑style validation activities such as credential dump and lateral‑movement checks.
• Manage the full vulnerability‑management lifecycle: discovery, triage, prioritisation, remediation tracking and verification.
• Participate in security monitoring, incident response and contribute to the information‑security governance program (ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2).
• Collaborate on asset‑management strategy and digital‑tool integration.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in offensive security, vulnerability management and security‑platform operations.
• Ability to produce clear, actionable security reports and work with cross‑functional owners.
• Familiarity with security governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIS2.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, cross‑country environment.
