Global Go-to-Market E-Commerce Specialist

About the role

The Global Go-to-Market E-Commerce Specialist will join Dolce & Gabbana Beauty’s Go-to-Market E-Business & CRM team in Milan. The role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, digital marketing and customer experience, driving growth of the brand’s online business across owned and partner channels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and optimise global e-commerce initiatives across the direct-to-consumer ecosystem.
• Analyse traffic, engagement, conversion and customer-journey metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with CRM, media, marketing, IT and sales teams to deliver seamless digital experiences.
• Support commercial planning, promotional activations, go-to-market moments and product launches.
• Lead conversion-rate-optimisation projects through data analysis, testing, UX observations and customer insights.
• Monitor and manage key acquisition channels such as paid search, SEO, social media, display, affiliate and retail media.

Required profile

• 2-4 years of direct-to-consumer e-commerce experience, preferably in a structured digital or omnichannel environment.
• Strong understanding of digital business drivers and online customer behaviour.
• Hands-on experience with performance media, CRM and social media levers.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills for a global, cross-functional setting.

What we offer

• Competitive compensation ranging from €30 000 to €36 000 per year.
