Global Integrated Communications Senior Specialist

About the role

The Global Integrated Communications Senior Specialist will drive the end‑to‑end integrated communications strategy for Campari’s House of Aperitifs portfolio, including Aperol, Campari, Crodino and Sarti. Working closely with global brand teams, markets and agency partners, you will ensure a unified brand story across owned, paid and earned media.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and rollout of the global Integrated Communications strategy for the Aperitifs brands.
• Translate brand strategies into integrated activation plans covering content, social, culture, advocacy, digital PR, partnerships and global moments.
• Maintain content excellence by aligning narratives, assets and messaging across agencies, creative partners and markets.
• Provide operational support for toolkits, brand calendars, PR frameworks and integrated communications models.
• Coordinate agency ecosystems to ensure integrated workflows across creative, PR, social, influencer and digital PR partners.
• Manage key social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Contribute to the rollout of earned‑media models, cultural playbooks and internal education initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in integrated communications or brand activation at a senior level.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with global brand teams, market teams and external agencies.
• Excellent storytelling skills and a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
