Global Margin Controlling Manager – Beauty

About the role

The Global Margin Controlling Manager will join the Dolce&Gabbana Beauty division’s Global Controlling Team. Based in Milan, you will work closely with headquarters and regional units to drive margin performance across all beauty projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, monthly review and mid‑term planning processes, delivering accurate and timely reports.
• Support regional top management with high‑impact presentations and dashboards on key projects.
• Analyse net revenues, margins and profitability by product, line, channel, axis and region, turning insights into actionable recommendations.
• Define target margins and calculate ROI for initiatives using robust financial modelling.
• Monitor business performance, perform variance analyses and identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly results, closing reports and quarterly/annual financial packages in collaboration with regional teams and Global Finance.
• Continuously improve reporting tools, systems and processes across business dimensions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in controlling or FP&A.
• Previous experience in a fashion or luxury environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably Power BI.
• Familiarity with Anaplan.
