Global PR Manager

About the role

KIKO MILANO is seeking a Global PR Manager to join its Brand Team and report to the Global EVP Brand, Communication & Media Director. The role will shape and execute the worldwide PR and communication strategy, strengthening brand awareness and positioning across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the global PR, events, celebrity, and communication strategy aligned with brand positioning and business priorities.
• Develop and oversee global communication assets and press materials, ensuring consistency across all channels and markets.
• Lead international PR campaigns from concept to execution, including agency briefings and performance monitoring.
• Build and manage relationships with media, PR agencies, influencers, celebrities, and strategic partners worldwide.
• Plan, organize, and manage budgets for international press events, brand activations, and partnership initiatives.
• Define global guidelines for local PR initiatives, sponsorships, and market activations.
• Collaborate with Retail, Marketing, and Commercial teams to ensure consistent brand experiences.
• Monitor, analyze, and report PR performance metrics to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7‑8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty retail sector.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel internationally.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
