Global Public Relations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Global Public Relations Manager to shape and execute the PR and brand-communication strategy for a fast-growing luxury womenswear label. The role will drive media outreach, celebrity collaborations and cultural storytelling across key international markets, ensuring the brand’s luxury positioning is consistently reinforced.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement global PR and communication plans aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals.
• Manage relationships with top fashion editors, journalists, stylists, influencers, celebrities and VIPs.
• Oversee press activities including fashion shows, product launches, press days and showroom management.
• Secure high-impact editorial coverage across print, digital, broadcast and social platforms.
• Define and execute VIP and celebrity dressing strategies that reflect seasonal priorities.
• Identify and negotiate strategic partnership opportunities to boost brand awareness.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, E‑commerce, Sales and Creative teams to ensure message consistency.
• Supervise creation of press kits, media materials and brand presentations.
• Monitor media performance, industry trends and competitor activity, providing actionable insights.
• Manage PR budgets, agency relationships and external partners.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance environment.

Required profile

• 7+ years of PR and communications experience in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands.
• Established international network of fashion media, VIPs and influencers.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Leadership, organizational and stakeholder-management capabilities.
