Global Retail Training Specialist

About the role

Dolce & Gabbana is seeking a Global Retail Training Specialist to join its Global Retail Department in Milan. The role will design, deliver and evaluate training programmes for store employees worldwide, ensuring high‑quality learning experiences that support the brand’s commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training plans, manuals and learning materials for store staff.
• Contribute to the global retail training strategy, creating engaging content that enhances knowledge retention and skill development.
• Plan, deliver and monitor training sessions across all phases of the learning process.
• Collaborate closely with other Global Training Specialists and Regional Trainers, aligning with DG Retail Training guidelines.
• Design commercially‑focused training content and share best practices across regions.
• Conduct “train‑the‑trainer” sessions for Regional Trainers and oversee the quality of their deliveries.
• Identify training gaps related to product, technical and professional knowledge for assigned categories.
• Work with Global HR, Operations, Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and CRM teams as needed.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude, strong communication skills and a team‑player mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
