Global Store Designer

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Global Store Designer to join its Experience Department in Milan. You will be responsible for shaping the retail environment of the brand, translating its heritage and innovative spirit into compelling store concepts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for store design, from initial layout planning to final execution.
• Conduct research on fashion and design trends to keep concepts fresh and relevant.
• Create detailed design documentation using AutoCAD.
• Develop high‑quality 3D models and renderings with SketchUp and other 3D software.
• Produce visual presentations and mood boards in PowerPoint and Photoshop.
• Communicate design concepts clearly through both visual and verbal presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in retail or store design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful store projects.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
