Global Suppliers Planning Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Global Suppliers Planning Specialist to ensure the availability of finished‑goods across our network. The role works closely with Demand Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Marketing and Quality Assurance to coordinate reorders from third‑party suppliers and optimise stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the reorder planning for finished goods supplied by external partners.
• Distribute planned quantities across the distribution network to meet service‑level targets.
• Monitor operational KPIs such as Service Level, On‑Time Delivery, Inventory Levels and Write‑Off Risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve critical supply issues and drive continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English and proficiency in Italian or German.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with the capacity to manage priorities and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite.
