Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Global Visual Merchandising Graphic Designer Specialist will join the Global Visual Merchandising team to create and execute visual merchandising assets for Bata stores worldwide. This 12‑month fixed‑term position blends daily graphic design work with the development of window‑display concepts and product presentation layouts.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Marketing Manager in developing and planning global brand communication campaigns.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform brand strategies and consumer insights.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for brand positioning, storytelling, and retail activation.
• Assist in go‑to‑market plans and marketing playbooks for regional teams.
• Collaborate with regional teams to adapt brand initiatives while ensuring global consistency.
• Work with Visual Merchandising teams and retail partners to increase brand visibility and drive footfall.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (legal, finance, supply chain, product, merchandising) to execute marketing campaigns.
• Build relationships with activation, advertising, and production agencies to ensure high‑quality execution.
• Support rollout of global marketing projects across priority markets.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience; retail or visual merchandising experience is a plus.
• Strong layout and composition abilities.
