Global Warranty Financial Reporting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Global Warranty Financial Reporting Manager to lead the financial governance of warranty data worldwide. The role will own the definition, calculation and certification of warranty KPIs, ensuring consistency across Finance, Quality, Aftersales and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain global warranty reporting standards, KPI frameworks, calculation rules and accounting methodologies.
• Produce, consolidate and certify global warranty financial reports (costs, accruals, claims, goodwill, policy adjustments) incorporating regional and supplier inputs.
• Monitor after‑sales and warranty cost performance, conduct variance and root‑cause analyses, and identify financial risks and cost drivers.
• Support forecasting, target tracking and scenario simulations, delivering ex‑ante impact assessments and ex‑post performance reviews.
• Act as the Aftersales business owner for warranty reporting systems (e.g., TWC), driving system robustness, digitalisation and user training.
• Assist regions and suppliers on warranty invoicing, reimbursement flows, accruals and KPI usage, ensuring financial discipline.
• Prepare executive‑level syntheses and present insights to top‑management and governance bodies.
• Contribute to strategic financial topics such as Cost‑Per‑Unit calculations and ad‑hoc analyses.
