About the role

As a Graduate Area/Shift Manager at Amazon in Abruzzo, you will lead a diverse team on an operational site, ensuring safety, productivity and quality while supporting the fast‑paced logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across your team and site.
• Analyse performance data, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach and develop a large team while handling administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and optimise work.
• Monitor process efficiency, manage escalations and contribute to contingency planning.
• Work with engineers and external partners on technical improvements.

Required profile

• University degree completed before start date or graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑changing environment.
