About the role
As a Graduate Area/Shift Manager at Amazon in Piemonte, you will lead a diverse team on an operational site, ensuring safety, productivity and quality while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced logistics environment.
Key responsibilities
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing across the shift.
- Analyse performance data, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and support a team, handling administrative tasks and fostering a strong team culture.
- Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes and optimise work efficiency.
- Monitor process efficiency, manage escalations and contribute to operational contingency planning.
Required profile
- University degree completed or graduated within the last 24 months.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language.
- Experience performing data analysis.
- Strong communication skills with peers and leadership.
- Experience in a logistical working environment.
