Graduate M&A Analyst – International Program

About the role

Join the International Graduate Program of Intesa Sanpaolo’s Corporate & Investment Banking division as an M&A Analyst. You will support the M&A team in the origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions and disposals, gaining hands‑on experience in a dynamic, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support market analysis and assess client needs.
• Contribute to structuring hedging and financial solutions.
• Assist with OTC derivatives activities.
• Prepare analysis materials and presentations for transactions.
• Monitor financial markets and macro‑economic trends.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience; experience in CIB or audit is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Knowledge of capital markets, derivatives and corporate finance.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Experience in markets or investment banking; international experience is a plus.
