Growth and Partnerships Manager

About the role

As a Growth and Partnerships Manager at Aperture, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and the internal teams that deliver performance‑marketing, creative and product optimisation services. Working remotely, you will help clients unlock value, identify new growth opportunities and ensure projects are executed to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as an extension of their team.
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative Managers on client communications, reporting, strategy sessions and business reviews.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client goals, challenges and market context.
• Identify and scope additional initiatives – creative, CRM, product, organic, measurement or funnel optimisation – that can drive measurable business impact.
• Lead client kick‑offs, meetings and business reviews with confidence and professionalism.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery across Growth, Creative, Product, CRM, Operations and specialist teams.
• Ensure clients receive proactive, strategic and commercially valuable support throughout the partnership.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing client partnerships and delivering growth‑focused projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead meetings and business reviews.
• Data‑driven mindset; comfortable using metrics to guide decisions and demonstrate impact.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to align multiple internal teams around client objectives.
