About the role

The Lake Como EDITION is seeking enthusiastic Guest Experience Agents for the 2026 season. You will be the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide check‑in and check‑out assistance while creating a warm, personalized experience.
• Process operational requests, address guest inquiries, and complete daily reports.
• Share local highlights and recommendations to enrich the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe work environment, follow company policies, and protect confidential information.
• Uphold quality standards, uniform appearance, and professional communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work full‑time in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
