About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert at The Lake Como EDITION, you will guide guests through every moment of their stay, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience in a luxury lakeside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay, addressing requests promptly.
• Process operational tasks, complete reports and handle guest transactions as part of the experience.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance guest enjoyment.
• Maintain safety standards, confidentiality, and uphold company policies and uniform standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary €23,892 – €24,550 (pro‑rated for seasonal contracts).
