Guest Relations Agent – Luxury Hotel (Season 2026)

About the role

As a Guest Relations Agent at Villa Sant'Andrea, a Belmond Hotel, you will be the face of the property, guiding guests through every step of their stay from arrival to departure. You will work closely with the Front Office team to deliver a seamless, personalized experience in a 5‑star luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and assist guests during check‑in and check‑out.
• Build and maintain strong relationships, anticipating guest needs and providing tailored recommendations for hotel services, local attractions, and dining in Taormina.
• Gather guest feedback, address concerns promptly, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between guests and hotel departments to coordinate special requests, personalized amenities, and surprise experiences.
• Maintain detailed guest profiles to ensure continuity of service across future stays.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Guest Relations Agent in a 5‑star luxury hotel.
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.
• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hotel Management Systems (HMS).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
