Head of Brand – Lead Creative Strategy (Milan relocation)

About the role

As Head of Brand you will own the creative and brand strategy for Satispay, translating the company’s mission into compelling visual and narrative experiences. The role is based in Milan and requires relocation, with a hybrid working model that combines office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production of high‑quality creative assets, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Design and execute ATL (TV, radio, OOH, print) and BTL activations that bring the brand to life.
• Manage social media presence and influencer programmes to extend reach.
• Develop and safeguard brand identity using research, surveys and listening insights.
• Build, mentor and establish creative rituals for a high‑performing team.
• Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to align brand initiatives with acquisition, retention and product launches.
• Define KPIs for brand awareness and consideration, linking creative work to OKRs.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in brand management or creative direction, preferably in fast‑growing tech or top‑tier agencies.
• Strong technical and visual culture with deep understanding of design systems, rebranding processes and multi‑channel campaign production.
• Hands‑on leader who can dive into details of layouts or scripts while guiding the team.
• Data‑informed mindset that translates brand concepts into measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communicator fluent in English, able to simplify complex brand visions.
