Head of Creative Marketing

About the role

This is a senior leadership position based in Italy, responsible for shaping the creative marketing strategy behind high‑growth digital products in global markets. You will drive the vision for paid acquisition campaigns, balancing creativity with data‑driven optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive creative marketing strategy to maximize paid traffic performance across multiple products.
• Lead the end‑to‑end creation of advertising concepts, overseeing production from ideation to final assets.
• Manage, mentor and grow a high‑performing Creative Marketing team.
• Coordinate workflows and production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality assets.
• Partner with User Acquisition managers to align creative initiatives with campaign goals.
• Build scalable creative production processes and introduce best practices.
• Design testing methodologies and continuously improve creative effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a Creative Marketing department or similar function.
• Strong understanding of User Acquisition and Performance Marketing principles.
• Proven ability to develop innovative advertising concepts that deliver measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Collaborative, proactive and results‑oriented mindset.
