Head of Distribution – Account Manager (Insurance)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Distribution who will also act as an Account Manager. You will be at the core of our sales strategy, responsible for managing and expanding an existing client portfolio within the insurance sector.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing insurance clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the local market and build a strong network of contacts.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy and a results‑oriented mindset while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Lead negotiations with a strong customer focus.
- Drive business growth across General Liability, Professional Liability, D&O and cybersecurity lines.
Required profile
- 5 to 10 years of solid experience working for an insurance agent, broker or insurance company.
- Background in law or economics.
- Fluent in both French and English.
