About the role
ZURU is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead its ZURU EDGE consumer‑goods business across Italy. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy, driving top‑line growth, and ensuring the brand’s presence both in‑store and online.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement Italy’s commercial agenda to win market share and disrupt incumbents.
- Own the P&L, optimise trade investment and expand margins.
- Negotiate Joint Business Plans and build long‑term partnerships with key retail accounts.
- Translate market and shopper insights into actionable commercial direction.
- Secure distribution across priority accounts and ensure best‑in‑class 4P execution.
- Maximise brand availability, visibility and awareness through optimal distribution, features, displays and activations.
- Collaborate with the China sales support team on customer administration.
- Co‑develop campaigns, launches and promotions with Marketing.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture that puts people first as the company scales.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales leadership experience, preferably in FMCG or consumer‑goods sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute commercial strategies that drive growth.
- Strong P&L management and trade‑investment optimisation skills.
- Excellent negotiation and partnership‑building capabilities with retailers and distributors.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn market insights into commercial actions.
- Cross‑functional collaboration experience with marketing, supply chain and international sales teams.
