About the role

Medicasa Italia is looking for a qualified and motivated Home Care Assistant (OSS) to join its multidisciplinary team in Oristano. You will provide personalized assistance to patients in their homes, working closely with nurses, physiotherapists and doctors.

Key responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, mobility and feeding.
Monitor and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the healthcare staff.
Provide emotional and relational support to patients and their families.
Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.

Required profile

Professional qualification as an Operatore Socio Sanitario (OSS) recognized in Italy.
Previous experience in home care or socio‑health facilities, even if minimal.
Strong relational and communication abilities.
