About the role
Provide general nursing care to patients at home, covering preventive, curative, palliative and rehabilitative assistance. Educate patients and support active participation in therapeutic decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform specific, autonomous nursing interventions in line with the care plan (PAI).
- Adapt assistance to patient needs considering age, gender, health condition, physical/psychological fragility and cultural specifics.
- Ensure proper use, storage and management of Medicasa-provided materials and devices.
- Document clinical and administrative data accurately using the electronic health record.
Required profile
- Degree in Nursing Sciences.
- Valid BLSD certification.
- Physical fitness for home visits and own transport.
- Experience in domiciliary care.
Required skills
- BLSD (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Proficiency with personal computer and standard software applications.
