Home Care Nurse (m/f)

About the role

Medicasa Italia is looking for a qualified and motivated Home Care Nurse to join its expanding team in Oristano. The role involves delivering personalized nursing care to patients at their homes, respecting their cultural, religious and linguistic specificities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform autonomous nursing interventions, including technical, relational and educational activities aligned with the Patient Assistance Plan (PAI).
• Provide therapeutic education to patients and caregivers and ensure proper use and storage of medical devices.
• Document clinical and administrative information using the electronic health record system.
• Participate in team meetings organized by the operational centre and prepare periodic health reports.
• Maintain continuous professional development by acquiring ECM credits and attending Medicasa training courses.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing or equivalent diploma.
• Valid BLSD certification.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel within the regional territory.
• Own vehicle and physical fitness for home visits.
• Previous experience in home care, especially with pediatric patients, is preferred.

Required skills

• BLSD (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Proficiency with personal computers and standard software applications.
